Trouble Shooting any type of Power Plants. The company is engaged in the business of
Operation and Maintenance of all types of power plants including Boilers, Steam/Gas
Turbines, Water Treatment Plants, Waste Water Treatment plants, Fuel preparation, Storage
and handling plants, Ash storage and handling plants, plant electrification, Steam and water
piping and Cooling towers.

to execute any O and M operations of power plant. Chear India private Limited technical team
were pioneers and has hands on experience in engineering, O and M and other related
troubleshooting activities for all type of boilers / power plants. Chear India private
Limited with its technical support are capable to execute any Operation and Maintenance
projects of any capacity anywhere in the world.

contract service which can help power plant owners to maximize availability, profitability,
heat rate and safety performance.
The main objects of the company established are:
To render services for
modernization of power plants whereby improving availability.
To provide Human Resources including Engineers,
Supervisors, High Pressure Welders ,IBR Welders, Fitters, Erectors, Skilled and semi-skilled
operators and to provide integrated HR services and staffing solutions including but not
restricted to manpower recruitment, flexi staffing, turnkey recruitment services for
multiple project implementation and to do mass recruitments by leveraging on the extensive
resource pool, to provide Vendor management services and to provide end to end customized
training solutions.
To execute performance-based Operation and
maintenance contract to enable owner to maximize performances on PHR, AVAILABILITY and other
KPI’s.
